Record the usable location rather than the bay label
Ask for relevant confirmed measurements, fixed obstacles and the normal approach. A nominal parking-space description can leave an entrance or obstruction unanswered. Retain which information is measured and which remains estimated, instead of rounding uncertainty into a favourable fit conclusion that the buyer cannot trace back to the actual location.
Describe who enters from which side and where bags are normally loaded. The practical-use framework keeps occupants and the journey task visible. A wide open demonstration may show movement without representing the garage. The customer needs to know whether the ordinary routine is supported, not merely whether the car can be photographed in an unusually convenient parked position.
Match the actual outline and supplied arrangement
The identity guide ties references to the applicable market and period. Keep actual candidate information, relevant mirrors and equipment with the location record. A manufacturer's dimensions can be useful context without establishing every clearance of a differently equipped unit or proving that a seller's translated measurement is appropriate for the proposed version.
Do not mix body width, mirror arrangement and an observed parked position into one unlabelled number. The actual acceptance question should specify what must pass where. Retain applicable limits and unanswered measurements rather than claiming that every similarly named generation fits the same garage. A replacement whose outline or relevant supplied equipment differs needs renewed location evidence before the earlier result carries across.
Allow for the people after parking
Assess ordinary door opening and entry or exit for the actual users. The personal access review keeps a passenger's movement independent of a general ease-of-use claim. A car standing between two boundaries is not enough to establish the space needed to leave comfortably or to attend to the passenger at the normal side.
For a driver-position constraint, the driver task decision retains access beside the achieved cabin position. If boarding elsewhere is proposed, ask whether the buyer accepts that routine. An occasional workable manoeuvre should not silently become the everyday assumption behind approval, particularly when the original request depended on access from a particular side of a regularly restricted place.
Include the real rear-loading movement
Use the customer's actual cases or recurring awkward item, not only the apparent boot size. The opening and luggage review keeps normal closure and handling explicit. A suitable load inside the boot may still leave the movement needed to place or retrieve it unresolved at the garage's ordinary parked position.
Retain overhead or rear obstacles and the observation conditions where relevant, without inventing universal opening clearances. If a different loading position solves the task, record the accepted routine instead of presenting it as equivalent without discussion. A persuasive bag photograph made elsewhere can remain useful while the actual location requirement still needs evidence before the customer accepts the car for daily use.
Treat cameras as useful aids rather than extra room
The parking-equipment value decision identifies the needed view or method separately. A working image does not provide missing physical clearance, and a successful display demonstration cannot approve door or loading space that remains unmeasured. Keep convenience and actual location fit in their own evidence fields rather than treating a technology package as a complete garage solution.
Where a reported fault affects the useful method, request relevant current findings and supported remedy. A discount for unavailable optional equipment is different from a working delivered function, but neither answers geometry on its own. The commercial scope guide should retain preparation and supplied items alongside the location decision without promising universal parking performance from a familiar model or package name.
The body fits but the driver cannot exit normally
Suppose entrance information looks promising but fixed shelving restricts the ordinary driver's door. Preserve the confirmed approach result and assess the actual parked position and movement before acceptance. A camera premium or attractive interior should not turn that unresolved daily requirement into an approved complete fit.
If another position or boarding routine is accepted, keep the concession and relevant evidence with the selected reference. Retain the rear-loading task too; solving the door question should not silently remove it. A substitute needs its own outline, movement and useful-equipment review rather than inheriting the original car's garage result through an unchanged badge or advertised generation.
Questions buyers ask
Can body width alone approve garage use?
No. Include approach, relevant mirrors, doors, occupants and loading movement.
Can parking aids supply missing door space?
No. Actual physical and personal access requirements remain separate.
